                                Let the skewers soak for about 30 minutes in cold water so that they do not burn on the barbecue or in the grill pan.

                                Mash the garlic in the mortar with the ginger and the peanuts and mix in the cayenne pepper and the paprika powder (or grind the whole in the food processor), season with salt.
