No bubble ice tea-scroppino
A scroppino without prosecco, but with lemon icetea and lemon groats. A mix made in heaven

Directions

Put the icetea, vodka and champagne flakes in the refrigerator 3 hours in advance.

Halve the lemon and cut 1 half into 6 thin slices. Cut it in half with a sharp knife.

Put the lemon sorbet and the leaves of fresh mint in a bowl for the scroppino.

Beat the icetea through it with a mixer and add the vodka last.

Pour the scroppino into the flutes and put a lemon slice on the edge of each glass. Serve immediately.
