Fried banana with rum
A nice mexican recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: rum (sugar), cane sugar, cinnamon powder, butter and bananas.
Heat in a saucepan of rum with sugar and cinnamon and stir up sugar while stirring.
Cool over high heat to light syrup.
Bananas and cut into 1 cm pieces.
Heat butter in large frying pan.
Banana in about 3 min.
Beautiful brown bins, halfway with spatula to gently turn.
Place the banana slices on four plates and pour the rums syrup over them.
Delicious with a scoop of crème fraîche or a roll of vanilla ice cream..
