Ingredients
- 400 gram half to half minced
- 1 Red onion shredded
- 2 clove garlic pressed
- 1 Red pepper finely shredded, without seeds
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 hand fresh coriander finely chopped
- 50 gram bread crumbs
- 300 gram noodles
- 300 gram Chinese noodles
- 3 tablespoon wok oil
- 3 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoon ketjapmarinademanis
- Bush pak choi washed in strips
- 50 gram unsalted cashew nut coarsely chopped

Directions

Mix the mince with the onion, the garlic, the pepper, a good pinch of salt, half of the coriander and the egg.

Add as much breadcrumbs as needed to get a solid minced meat mixture. Shape small balls and let them stiffen in the fridge for half an hour.

Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Rinse them under cold water so that they cool down and do not stick.

Heat the oil and fry the balls in 3 portions around brown. Put the balls together when they are all fried in the pan and pour a few tablespoons of water and the soy sauce marinade.

Let them cook at low level in about 5 minutes.

Scoop the noodles, the paksoi strips and the rest of the coriander and divide this over 4 plates. Divide the balls over the noodles and pour the spicy gravy over them.

Finally sprinkle with the cashew nuts.
