Noodle soup with chicken breast and bok choy
Quick and cheap main course, soup with bok choy, chicken, red pepper, noodles and a bunch of vegetables.

Bring the water to the boil with the chicken stocking tablet. Cut the white of the bok choy into strips and the green in thin strings. Cut the chicken fillet into strips and the red pepper into thin rings.

Put the white of the bok choy, the chicken and the pepper into the stock, let it simmer for 10 minutes. Put the noodles with the soup and cook for another 2 minutes. Season the soup with soy sauce.

Cut the spring onions into rings. Scoop the green of the bok choy through the soup and sprinkle the spring onions.
