Nori club sandwich with salmon and scrambled eggs
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, eggs, Japanese soy sauce, butter, brown casino bread, sushi nori skins, mayonnaise, smoked salmon, cucumber (in thin slices) and cress.

In a bowl, beat eggs with soy sauce and pepper.

Melt butter in pan.

Pour in the egg mixture and heat until egg is solidified.

Toasting bread.

Sheets of nori cut into 4 squares each.

Spread the bread with mayonnaise and put on a slice of nori on 8 slices.

Cut slices of salmon loosely and place on 4 slices with nori.

Spread cucumber slices over it.
-
Put 4 more slices with nori on top.

Create scrambled eggs and distribute cress to them.

Put the last slice down with smeared side down.

Stack half a loaf of bread with sharp knife diagonally..
