Cut 1 slice of the Christmas stollen per person, these slices should be of the same thickness as the slices of goat's cheese. Remove the food from the slices of Christmas roll so that there is a hole in the center of the slice.

Put the apple syrup in a saucepan and heat gently, until it becomes liquid.

Heat the butter in a frying pan until it is no longer bubbling. Place the slices of Christmas roll in it and place a slice of goat cheese in each hole. Bake quickly brown. Spoon the slices of Christmas roll with the goat's cheese out of the pan and put them on the plates upside down. Leave a ribbon of hot apple syrup over the slices from a spoon.
