Ingredients
- 250 gram white coal planed
- 1 Apple peeled, grated
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- Teaspoon cumin powder (djinten)
- 200 gram creme fraiche
- 100 gram grill sausage in slices
- 100 gram saveloy in slices
- 100 gram schwarzwalder schinken in slices
- 100 gram Roast beef
- 150 gram mild curd cheese
- 150 gram full yogurt
- 1 tablespoon grated horseradish
- 12 cut German rye bread
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Start with the coleslaw. Pour boiling water over the coals in a colander and rinse with cold water.

Mix the apple, cumin, crème fraîche and pepper and salt with cabbage.

Place the meat products on a plate. Mix the cottage cheese with horseradish, salt and pepper.

Serve the meats with horseradish cream, rye bread and the coleslaw.
