Directions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate au bain-maire.
  2. Using 2 forks, remove the cubes of soft nougat through the chocolate and let cool on baking paper.
  3. Sprinkle the chocolates just before they are completely dry with nougatine or chopped pistachio nuts and if necessary make thin lines with melted white chocolate.
