Nut rice with spicy pak choi
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: pandan rice (pack a 400 g), mixed nuts (unsalted), veggie apricots (bag of 200 g), garlic, red pepper, pak choi, sunflower oil and fresh cream cheese with herbs (125 g).

Cook rice according to instructions.

Chop the nuts roughly.

Cut apricots into pieces.

Peel the garlic and chop into pieces.

Scent the pepper, clean and cut into cubes.

Clean paksoi, wash and cut into strips.

Heat in wok oil.

Rub garlic and paprika for about 2 minutes.

Add paksoi and stir-fry for about 4 minutes.

Add cream cheese and let it melt.

Making nuts and apricots by rice.
