Directions

  1. Chop the walnuts very finely in the food processor ¾. Chop the rest of the nuts with a knife into pieces.
  2. Stir in a bowl the whipped cream with Greek yogurt, sugar, vanilla sugar and whipped cream stiffener. Beat this mixture with the hand mixer stiff. If the cream mixture is well stiff, mix in the finely ground walnuts.
  3. Halve the grapes. Spoon the nut cream into the sugar shells. Divide the grapes over it and finally sprinkle the chopped walnuts over it.
