Pears with macaron cream
A tasty Dutch recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: macaroons (a 300 g), almond shavings (a 55 g), sweet, juicy pears (eg conference), whipped cream (125 ml) and whisk (8 g).

Put the macaroons on a large scale and leave uncovered in 4 hours to dry out.

Grind the macaroons in the food processor. Meanwhile, toast the almond shavings 3 minutes in a frying pan without oil or butter until golden brown. Put on a plate and let cool.

Peel the pears and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the clock housing. Divide the pears over 4 plates. Put the whipped cream in a bowl with the whipped cream, beat until stiff, and gently spoon in the macaroon crumb.

Spread the macaroon cream over the pears and garnish with the almond shavings.
