Vlaflip with plum compote


A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: vegtable prunes (no seeds), orange (squeezed), vanilla custard and yoghurt.

Directions

  1. Cut the plums into pieces.
  2. Bring the plums to the boil with the orange juice in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Allow the plums to cool and then puree them briefly with the hand blender.
  4. Pour half of the vanilla custard into the glasses.
  5. Spoon a third of the plum compote with moisture.
  6. Pour the yogurt on it and add another third of the plum compote.
  7. Finally pour the rest of the vanilla custard on top and put the rest of the plum compote in the middle..
