Sweet balls with student oat, cocoa, espresso, oatmeal, coconut and vanilla flavor.

Grind the student haver 10 sec. in the food processor.

Mix in the butter, icing sugar, cocoa powder, espresso and the vanilla flavor. Spoon into a bowl and mix in the oatmeal.

Roll balls of the mixture the size of a walnut with your hands.

Put the coconut in a deep plate. Roll the balls through them until they are covered with coconut. Let them stiffen in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Serve them with a cup of coffee.
