Pancakes with banana cream and orange


A tasty Dutch recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: hand oranges, butter, vanilla sugar, banana, low-fat quark and traditional pancakes natural (pack 8 pieces).

Directions

  1. Use a sharp knife to cut the skin and the white skin of the oranges. Cut the oranges into slices. Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the slices side by side in the pan and bake for 3 min. Turn the slices, sprinkle with 1 tbsp vanilla sugar and let the sugar melt in 3 min.
  2. Meanwhile, peel the banana and finely prick with a fork. Mix the curd cheese and the rest of the vanilla sugar with the banana puree. Heat the pancakes in the microwave according to the instructions on the package. Divide the banana cream cheese and orange over the pancakes.
