A tasty Dutch recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: medium hand orange.
Cut out the segments between the orange's membranes. Halve the parts and let them drain on kitchen paper.
Cut the macaroons into eight pieces. Divide the macaroons and orange over tall glasses or coupes.
Sprinkle a few drops of liqueur in each glass. Stir the remaining liqueur through the jam.
Scoop the jam through the custard. Pour the custard over the macaroons and orange. Cover the glasses and put them in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
Beat the cream with the icing sugar. Garnish each cut with a generous scoop of whipped cream and sprinkle with some cocoa powder.
