Beat the mascarpone with half of the lemon zest.

Beat the egg yolks in a different bowl. Add 4 tablespoons of icing sugar and beat for about 5 minutes.

Add the egg yolks to the mascarpone. Beat the whipped cream and add to the mascarpone mixture.

Whisk the egg whites with the rest of the icing sugar and spat through the mascarpone.

Mix the syrup with 100 ml water and possibly the limoncello.

Soak the long fingers in the lemonade for about 15 seconds and place a first layer of cookies in a bowl.

Spoon half of the mascarpone mixture and smooth.

Make a layer with the rest of the long fingers and scoop the rest of the mascarpone on it.

Smooth the mixture again and let the tiramisu stiffen in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Sprinkle with the remaining lemon zest.
