Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Pel the pistachios.
  3. In the food processor, mix oatmeal, pistachio nuts, ras el hanout and some salt into a smooth flour.
  4. Then mix in the protein and spoon the olive oil for spoonfuls.
  5. Knead everything by hand into a smooth dough.
  6. Press the dough slightly onto a piece of baking paper.
  7. Place another piece of parchment paper on it and roll the dough between the parchment paper into a piece of three mm thick.
  8. Cut the dough into triangles of four cm.
  9. Place the oatmeal chips on a griddle covered with parchment paper and bake in the oven for a maximum of 10 minutes until golden brown and done.
  10. Let the chips on the baking paper cool down on a rack.
