Oatmeal cookies with rosemary
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian pastry contains the following ingredients: oatmeal, wholemeal flour, baking powder, fresh rosemary (finely chopped), cane sugar, liquid butter (for stir-frying, cooking and roasting), lemon juice and semi-skimmed milk.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Mix in oatmeal, flour, baking powder, rosemary, sugar and 1/2 tl salt with butter in a food processor to form a loose, slightly cohesive mass.

Add lemon juice and milk and mix again briefly until dough forms coherent ball (if necessary add 1 tbsp milk).

Lightly dust the hands and work surface with flour and dough ball to form a roll of approx.

Roll out the rolling pin with 12 slices of hot water dipped in hot water.

Place slices on baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake until light brown in 15 minutes.
