A tasty recipe. The vegetarian pastry contains the following ingredients: oatmeal, wholemeal flour, baking powder, fresh rosemary (finely chopped), cane sugar, liquid butter (for stir-frying, cooking and roasting), lemon juice and semi-skimmed milk.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Mix in oatmeal, flour, baking powder, rosemary, sugar and 1/2 tl salt with butter in a food processor to form a loose, slightly cohesive mass.
  3. Add lemon juice and milk and mix again briefly until dough forms coherent ball (if necessary add 1 tbsp milk).
