Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Line the cake tin with the baking paper.
-
Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and roast the sesame seed in 3 min. On medium heat until golden brown. Let cool on a plate.
-
Cut the dates into strips and sprinkle them with some wholemeal flour so that they do not sink to the bottom.
-
Beat the butter and the sugar with a mixer in 5 minutes to an airy mass. Beat the syrup through. Add 1 to 1 eggs and beat for another 3 minutes.
-
Peel and prank the bananas and strain the wholemeal flour.
-
Fold the sesame seeds, the dates, the wholemeal flour, the banana, cinnamon and baking powder into the butter-sugar mixture. Put the batter in the cake tin.
-
Bake the banana bread in the oven in about 1 hour and 10 minutes until golden brown and done.
-
Check the bread by poking it with a skewer. If it comes out clean, the bread is cooked.
-
Allow 20 minutes to cool down in the oven outside the oven. Remove the bread from the mold and allow to cool in 40 min.
