Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Line the cake tin with the baking paper.
  2. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and roast the sesame seed in 3 min. On medium heat until golden brown. Let cool on a plate.
  3. Cut the dates into strips and sprinkle them with some wholemeal flour so that they do not sink to the bottom.
  4. Beat the butter and the sugar with a mixer in 5 minutes to an airy mass. Beat the syrup through. Add 1 to 1 eggs and beat for another 3 minutes.
  5. Peel and prank the bananas and strain the wholemeal flour.
  6. Fold the sesame seeds, the dates, the wholemeal flour, the banana, cinnamon and baking powder into the butter-sugar mixture. Put the batter in the cake tin.
  7. Bake the banana bread in the oven in about 1 hour and 10 minutes until golden brown and done.
  8. Check the bread by poking it with a skewer. If it comes out clean, the bread is cooked.
  9. Allow 20 minutes to cool down in the oven outside the oven. Remove the bread from the mold and allow to cool in 40 min.
