A tasty Dutch recipe. The breakfast contains the following ingredients: strawberries ((500 g), in pieces), oranges (extruded), oatmeal and skimmed yoghurt.

Directions

  1. Puree the strawberries with the orange juice in the blender.
  2. Add the oatmeal and yogurt and mix everything in a few minutes at the highest setting until a frothy shake.
  3. Pour the shake into high glasses..
