A tasty Dutch recipe. The breakfast contains the following ingredients: strawberries ((500 g), in pieces), oranges (extruded), oatmeal and skimmed yoghurt.

Puree the strawberries with the orange juice in the blender.

Add the oatmeal and yogurt and mix everything in a few minutes at the highest setting until a frothy shake.
