Olive muffins with paprika

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Sift the flour with the baking powder over a bowl. Cut the peppers into small cubes. Mix the olives, 2/3 of the peppers and add chillies to taste. Make a well in the middle.

Stir in a measuring cup or loosen the egg with a fork. Stir in the tapenade and milk. Pour the egg mixture into the dimple of flour and stir everything into a slightly lumpy batter. Stop stirring as soon as no flour is visible.

Put the batter in the muffin muffins and sprinkle the rest of the pepper cubes over it. Put the mold on the rack in the middle of the oven and fry the muffins in about 20 minutes until golden brown and done. Remove the muffins from the mold and let them cool on a rack.
