Olive tapenade on baguette
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: baguette (boulogne multigrain), fresh Italian herbs (20 g), green olives (without pit (240 g)) and olive oil.

Bake the bread according to the instructions on the package.

Ris the leaves of the thyme (dark green sprigs with small leaves) from the Italian spice mix and put them together with the olives and pine nuts in the blender or food processor.

You can also use a hand blender.

Pour in the oil and puree to a smooth tapenade.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the bread into slices and spread with the tapenade..
