A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, sun-ripened taggia olives (180 g), orange, garlic (pressed), liquid honey, mustard (fine), spring onion ((bag of 3 pieces), in rings), shoulder ham ((160 g) and in cubes).

Directions

  1. Drain the olives, but collect the oil. Squeeze out the orange. Beat a 2 tbsp oil dressing of the olives with el orange juice, garlic, honey and mustard.
  2. Mix the spring onion and ham in the olives and scoop with the dressing. Serve with brown baguette.
