A tasty Dutch recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: meat, eggs (M), mix for farmers omelet (21 g), butter or margarine, ham strips (a 200 g), garden peas (frozen) and brown balls.

Break the eggs over a bowl. Add the omelette mix and 3 tbsp water. Stir everything with a fork or whisk. Let the egg mixture stand for 3 minutes.

Take a large frying pan and melt the butter in it. Bake the ham strips for about 3 minutes. Then you bake the garden peas for 1 minute with the ham strips.

Now pour the egg mixture carefully. Make sure it covers the bottom of the whole skillet. Fry the omelet on low heat for about 10 minutes until done and brown, place a lid on the pan after 5 minutes.

Cut the buns open. Cut the omelet into 4 pieces and divide them over the rolls.
