Orange pie with chocolate glaze
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: almond shavings (45 g), orange (200 g), cake, eggs (medium), salt, sugar, flour, dark chocolate, whipped cream, marmalade (a 450 g) and butter or margarine to grease.

Preheat the oven to 150 ° C or gas oven 2.

Grease the grease and cover the bottom with parchment paper.

Grind almonds in a food processor.

Pour ground almonds into dry frying pan while stirring in a light brown roast.

Carefully decorate the pastry and bake in the center of the oven for approx.

60 minutes.

Allow the cake to cool for about 20 minutes when the oven is switched off.

Remove the pie from the oven and allow it to cool down further.

Remove the cake from shape and remove the baking paper.

Chop the chocolate with a knife and put it in a bowl.

Bring the cream to the boil in a pan.

Whipped cream with chocolate in a bowl and let chocolate roast during stirring.

Allow the mixture to cool down in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Cut the cake in two layers.

Cover the bottom layer with marmalade, put the top half on it.

Divide the chocolate mixture over the cake and continue to set in the fridge for approx.
