Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Put the self-raising flour in a large bowl and mix with the sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Cut the butter into cubes, put in the bowl and knead with a cool crumble dough. Put in the refrigerator until use.
  2. Peel the pears and cut into pieces. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Put the pear, blueberries, lemon juice and grater in the baking dish. Pour the port over it.
  3. Remove the shortbread dough from the refrigerator and spread over the dish. Place the dish in the middle of the oven and fry the crumble in approx. 35 min. Until golden brown and done. Decrease the temperature after 10 minutes to 180 ° C. Serve the crumble hot. Delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
