Peel the oranges thick. Cut the segments out of the fleece and collect the juice.

Sprinkle the orange wedges with a pinch of freshly ground nutmeg and add the juice.

Divide the seeds of the pomegranate and sprinkle with lemonade syrup or orange liqueur.

Sprinkle with finely chopped mint. Nice with ice.
