Oriental mushroom soup


A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, chestnut mushrooms (250 g), sunflower oil, basic strength broth of beef (350 ml), chicken fillet fumé (about 150 g), spring onions, fresh coriander (bag of 15 g), sweet soy sauce and salt and pepper.

Directions

  1. Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.
  2. Heat oil in soup pan.
  3. Mushrooms bake approx.
  4. 3 minutes.
  5. Broth and add 8 dl of water and bring to boil.
  6. Meanwhile, cut chicken fillets into thin strips.
  7. Clean the forest onions and cut them into strips.
  8. Slice coriander leaves finely.
  9. Add chicken, spring onion and coriander to soup.
  10. Season the soup with sweet soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  11. Delicious with sesame stalks..
