Italian salad with fricandeau
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, haricot verts (150 g), sun-ripened olives (taggia (180 g jar)), balsamic vinegar, oak leaf lamella (100 g) and roast fricandeau.

Remove the stalk and the tip of the haricots verts and boil them in a little water with salt in 4 min.

Until al dente.

Drain and rinse under cold running water.

Beat a 3 tbsp oil dressing from the pot of olives, the vinegar and salt and pepper.

Mix the haricots verts with the oak leaf lettuce melange and half of the dressing.

Divide into 4 plates.

Make rolls of the slices of fricandeau, cut them in half and divide them with the olives over the salad.

Sprinkle with the rest of the dressing.

Delicious with strips of focaccia rosemary and garlic (Italian bread)..
