Directions

  1. Remove seeds from prunes and mince flesh.
  2. Mix in plums with spring onions, soy sauce and sweet chili sauce.
  3. Add sambal to taste.
  4. Cover the dish and allow the flavors to absorb for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Nice with salmon, shrimp and chicken..
