Salad with cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: little gem (lettuce), vine tomatoes, red onion, Manchego cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and freshly ground pepper and black olives without pit.

Sear cheese with peeler or cheese slicer into slices.
