A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: little gem (lettuce), vine tomatoes, red onion, Manchego cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and freshly ground pepper and black olives without pit.

Directions

  1. Wash washing, spreading and tearing into large pieces.
  2. Wash tomatoes and cut into slices.
  3. Peel onion and cut into rings.
  4. Sear cheese with peeler or cheese slicer into slices.
  5. Save the bowl.
  6. Distribute tomato and onion.
  7. Mix into a bowl of oil and lemon juice until dressing.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Sprinkle dressing over salad.
  10. Place cheese and olives on it..
