Homemade sweet chili sauce
Chilli sauce or dip, made from peppers, fresh ginger, garlic, salt, tomato pulp, natural vinegar and sugar.

Remove the stem of the peppers and cut roughly. Peel the ginger and cut into pieces. Peel the garlic and cut into pieces.

Put the pepper, ginger and garlic with the salt in the food processor and grind to pasta.

Put the pepper paste with the tomato pulp, vinegar and sugar in a pan and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 1 hour. Stir frequently.

Remove the pan from the heat and pour the sauce into glass bottles or jars. Let cool, close and cool away.
