Directions

  1. Turn off the coffee.
  2. Beat in a bowl the whipped cream with a tablespoon of sugar with the hand mixer to a lumpy mass.
  3. Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater.
  4. Dissolve half of the grated chocolate while stirring in the hot coffee.
  5. Add a tablespoon of sugar and dissolve it with stirring.
  6. Pour the coffee liqueur into four high coffee glasses and pour the hot coffee on it.
  7. Pour the cream over a convex side of a spoon onto the coffee.
  8. Serve immediately.
