Oriental rice dish with mackerel
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, eggs, lemon, fresh parsley (a 30 g), smoked mackerel fillet with pepper (200 g), oil, Thai stir-fry mix (400 g), mild curry powder and pre-cooked long grain express rice (250 g) .

Eggs boil, peel and cut into pieces in 6-8 minutes.

Meanwhile halve lemon in length.

Half cut into 4 parts, of other half peel thin grating.

Chop minced parsley.

Mackerel into pieces.

Heat in wok oil and stir-fry vegetables with curry powder, lemon zest, parsley and pepper to taste 3-4 min.

Stir-fry.

Prepare mackerel and rice and stir-fry 2-3 minutes.

Cook rice dish on two plates and garnish with egg and lemon..
