Oriental rice dish with mackerel


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, eggs, lemon, fresh parsley (a 30 g), smoked mackerel fillet with pepper (200 g), oil, Thai stir-fry mix (400 g), mild curry powder and pre-cooked long grain express rice (250 g) .

Directions

  1. Eggs boil, peel and cut into pieces in 6-8 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile halve lemon in length.
  3. Half cut into 4 parts, of other half peel thin grating.
  4. Chop minced parsley.
  5. Mackerel into pieces.
  6. Heat in wok oil and stir-fry vegetables with curry powder, lemon zest, parsley and pepper to taste 3-4 min.
  7. Stir-fry.
  8. Prepare mackerel and rice and stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
  9. Cook rice dish on two plates and garnish with egg and lemon..
