Directions

  1. Beat the sambal with the ketjapmarinadeen oil and pour over the pieces of fish. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for an hour.
  2. Mix all vegetables together in a bowl. Beat the ingredients for the dressing well and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Beat the ingredients for the batter thoroughly and scoop the fish cubes through.
  4. Heat a layer of sunflower oil in a wok or skillet. Fry the fish cubes in small portions in the hot oil and drain on kitchen paper.
  5. Scoop the dressing through the vegetables and divide this over 4 bowls. Divide the fish cubes over it and serve immediately.
