Beat the sambal with the ketjapmarinadeen oil and pour over the pieces of fish. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for an hour.

Mix all vegetables together in a bowl. Beat the ingredients for the dressing well and season with salt and pepper.

Beat the ingredients for the batter thoroughly and scoop the fish cubes through.

Heat a layer of sunflower oil in a wok or skillet. Fry the fish cubes in small portions in the hot oil and drain on kitchen paper.

Scoop the dressing through the vegetables and divide this over 4 bowls. Divide the fish cubes over it and serve immediately.
