  1. Cut the bread into pieces and let it soak in the milk for a few minutes. Then beat well together with a fork.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the meatloaf with the soaked bread in a large bowl and knead well by hand. Season with salt and pepper. Press the minced meat mixture firmly into the cake tin and put in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  4. Meanwhile cut the potatoes into thick fries and shake them on a baking sheet with the oil, paprika and a little salt.
  5. Put the meatloaf in the middle of the oven. After about 20 minutes, add the fries high in the oven and bake for another 20 minutes.
  6. In the meantime, mix the ingredients for the salad. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and allow any moisture to drain from the mold carefully. Cut the mince into thick slices and serve with the fries and salad.
