Boil the rice and let it cool. Sprinkle the meat with the ginger powder, salt and pepper.

Heat half the oil and fry the onion and garlic. Add the meat and stir-fry this until golden brown.

Add the meat and stir-fry this until golden brown. Pour the ketjapmarinadeen so much water until the meat is under. Let the babi ketjapmarinadet gently stew the lid on the pan for about 1 hour.

Take the lid of the pan for the last 15 minutes to allow the moisture to evaporate. Heat the rest of the oil and stir fry the cooked rice with the Bumbu spice and the sambal.

Serve the fried rice with the babi ketjapmarinadeen sprinkle with the fried onions. Tasty with cucumber, green beans or atjar tjampur.
