Oven potatoes with breaded fish
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (solid, scalded and in parts), olive oil, fresh rosemary (from bag of Italian spice mix 20 g), garlic (in the skin), winter roots (diced), cod fillet ((frozen, 750 g), thawed), egg (beaten), breadcrumbs, ground cumin (djinten) and lemon (pressed).

Ingredients
- 750 g potatoes firm, clean and in parts
- 5 el olive oil
- 2 twigs fresh rosemary from bag of Italian spice mix 20 g
- 5 toes garlic in the shell
- 8 winter roots in cubes
- 1 bag cod fillet (freezer, 750 g), thawed
- 1 egg beaten
- 6 el bread crumbs
- 1 mespoint ground cumin djinten
- 1 lemon pressed out

Directions

Boil the potato parts for 10 minutes in a bottom of water with a little salt.

Drain the parts and allow to cool.

In the meantime, preheat the oven to 225 ° C.

Spoon the potato parts with 3 tbsp olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

Place them on the baking tray with the sprigs of rosemary and the cloves of garlic in between.

Fry the potato parts in the oven in 20 minutes until golden brown, scoop every now and then.

Boil the winter carrots in a bottom of water with salt in 20 min.

Soft and done.

Dab the fish fillets dry, sprinkle them well with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

First take the cod fillets through the beaten egg and then through the breadcrumbs.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick pan and fry the fish fillets in 6 min.

On high heat on both sides brown.

Praise the carrot cubes roughly and season to taste with the cumin, salt, (freshly ground) pepper and lemon juice to taste.

Serve with the oven potatoes and fish fillet..
