A nice argentinian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, sausages (eg Catalan bratwurst), sweet pointed pepper (bag 2 pieces), onion (very finely chopped), French mustard, tabasco, sunflower oil, lemon (extruded), celery ((a 40 g ), leaves chopped) and baguette (in 4 equal pieces).
Light the barbecue or heat the grill pan. Grill the sausages in 10 minutes brown and done. Times regularly.
Meanwhile, halve the pointed pepper in the length and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Mix with the onion, mustard, tabasco and oil. Season with pepper and salt. Add 2 tbsp lemon juice and celery.
Cut the baguette horizontally in half. Halve the sausages in the length. Place a halved sausage on the bottom half of each roll and add some of the pepper mixture. Serve immediately.
