Sandwich tartare with chicory oranges salad
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, soft butter, tarts, rucola pesto (a 100 g), dark multigrain balls, apple (eg Golden Delicious), chicory, roquefort (or other blue cheese) and carrot julienne (a 150 g).

Fry half of butter in frying pan and fry 8 min.

With salt and pepper.

Mix in butter with rucola pesto.

Meanwhile, cut open multigrain bulbs and coat with rucola butter.

Peel the apple and cut into cubes.

Remove leaves from shrubs of chicory, cut into strips, wash and pat dry.
