Turkey with curry, potatoes and zucchini
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, turkey breast à la minute (about 350 g), curry powder, olive oil, lemon, potatoes (700 g), onion (finely chopped), garlic (pressed) and zucchini.

Halve turkey fillets and season with curry powder, pepper and salt.

In a skillet turkey fillets in 2 tbsp oil 3-5 min.

Squeeze out lemon above it.

Remove turkey fillets from the pan and keep warm.

Heat the rest of oil in frying pan and cover the potatoes with onion and garlic over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Regularly shovel.

Cut the courgette in half lengthwise and cut into slices.

Make zucchini with potato mixture and cook for 3-5 minutes on high heat.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add turkey fillets to potato mixture and briefly co-heat.

Divide the court into four boards..
