Oven potatoes with roasted sausage
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, solid potatoes (unpeeled), garlic, olive oil, bratwurst, salad dressing, Zaanse mustard, pointed cabbage (sliced) and celery (in strips).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Clean the potatoes under running water and cut into segments.

Remove the garlic cloves; remove the loose skins, but do not peel the toes. Divide the potato wedges with the garlic over the griddle covered with parchment paper.
