Oven potatoes with roasted sausage
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, solid potatoes (unpeeled), garlic, olive oil, bratwurst, salad dressing, Zaanse mustard, pointed cabbage (sliced) and celery (in strips).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Clean the potatoes under running water and cut into segments.

Remove the garlic cloves; remove the loose skins, but do not peel the toes. Divide the potato wedges with the garlic over the griddle covered with parchment paper. Sprinkle the potatoes with salt to taste and drizzle with the oil. Put the sausages between the potato wedges and grill everything in the preheated oven in 40-45 minutes.
