Oven tuna with broccoli
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tuna steak (in water (a 130 g)), corn granules ((150 g), drained), spring onion ((3 pieces), in rings), paprika (spicy), eggs (whipped ), buttered puff pastry ((pack 450 g, frozen), thawed) and broccoli (in florets).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Stir the tuna with a fork in a bowl. Add the corn, the spring onion, the paprika powder and 1 egg. Season with salt and pepper.

Place 4 slices of puff pastry on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Divide the tuna mixture over it, leaving a border of approx. 1 cm around. Brush the edge with a little water and cover the tuna mixture with the remaining 4 slices of puff pastry. Press the edges well with a fork and brush the top with the rest of the egg. Fry the packets in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes and brown.

Meanwhile, cook the broccoli in approx. 4 min. Until al dente. Remove the packages from the oven and serve them with the broccoli. Delicious with sweet chili sauce.
