Pancake cake with brie and honey


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, bacon, brie, spring onions, pancakes natural (artisanal, 8 pieces), honey, white wine vinegar, olive oil and friséesla (200 g).

Directions

  1. Fry slices of bacon in portions in 3 min.
  2. Crispy baking.
  3. Brie cut into slices.
  4. Clean the forest onion and cut into rings.
  5. Cook pancakes in microwave at full power (700 watts) for 2 minutes.
  6. Place 1 pancake on scale 1, divide 1/8 of bacon, brie, spring onions and sprinkle with 1 tsp honey.
  7. Repeat layers until all pancakes are empty.
  8. Whisk the whole cake for 2 minutes in microwave at full power.
  9. Mix vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and remainder of honey dressing.
  10. Mix with dressing.
  11. Cut cake into points at table and serve with salad..
