Pancake cake with brie and honey
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, bacon, brie, spring onions, pancakes natural (artisanal, 8 pieces), honey, white wine vinegar, olive oil and friséesla (200 g).

Fry slices of bacon in portions in 3 min.

Crispy baking.

Brie cut into slices.

Clean the forest onion and cut into rings.

Cook pancakes in microwave at full power (700 watts) for 2 minutes.

Place 1 pancake on scale 1, divide 1/8 of bacon, brie, spring onions and sprinkle with 1 tsp honey.

Repeat layers until all pancakes are empty.

Whisk the whole cake for 2 minutes in microwave at full power.

Mix vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and remainder of honey dressing.

Mix with dressing.

Cut cake into points at table and serve with salad..
