Nut rice with broccoli and satay sauce

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Boil the eggs hard in 7 minutes, let them scare, peel and halve them.

Divide the broccoli into florets and cut the stem into slices. Boil the broccoli in little water with salt for 3 minutes.

Heat the satay sauce according to the instructions on the package.

Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Cut the mushrooms into slices, add to the onion and cook for 4 minutes.

Divide the rice and eggs over the deep plates. Sprinkle with the seroendeng and serve with the peanut sauce.
