Pancake with orange-almond butter
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: peeled almonds (a 75 g), eggs, sunflower oil, milk, flour, soft butter, liquid honey, egg (split (protein is not used)), orange and vanilla ice cream.

Chop the almonds and roast briefly in a dry frying pan. Dissolve 2 eggs with oil, milk and pinch of salt in bowl. Sift flour over egg mixture and stir. Dip 2 tbsp butter with honey and egg yolk in small bowl. Orange bitters, grate half of the shell of the skin. Grate the almonds with butter mixture. Thinly peel the orange and cut parts with a sharp knife between the vlies. Melt butter in frying pan with non-stick coating and fry 4 flanges of batter.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Place the crêpes so that they hang well over the edge. Add 1/2 tbsp orange almond butter in each dish and place the dishes for 10 minutes in the middle of the oven. Sprinkle orange slices over the pancakes and pour in the bread ice cream.
