Plum compote with vanilla quench
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: fresh plums, lemon, apricot jam, rum (or orange liquor liqueur), mint, sugar and vanilla puff.

Plums wash and halve.

Remove the seeds and cut flesh into segments.

Lemon brooms, peel off grating.

Halve and squeeze lemon.

In a microwave dish, mix prunes, apricot jam, lemon zest, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and rum or liqueur.

Unlocked in a microwave oven for approx.

6-8 minutes at full power (700 Watt), stirring occasionally.

If necessary, prune compote finer with fork.

Remove 4 leaves of fresh mint, cut the remaining pieces into thin strips and create prune-compote.

Allow to cool to lukewarm.

Optionally add sugar to taste.

In four high sections, 4 layers of vanilla cheese and around 3 layers of prune compote.

Garnish with mint..
