A nice Chinese recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: gelatin white, sugar, milk, almond flavor (essence), oranges, lychees ((565 g) and drained).

Directions

  1. Soak in bowl with cold water gelatin for 5 minutes. In a saucepan, boil 250 ml of water with sugar and stir sugar with stirring. Gelatin squeezing and roasting in sugar water while stirring. Stir in milk and almond essence. Pour mixture into bowl and allow to set in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  2. Peel oranges thickly and cut segments between the membranes. Cut jelly into cubes and divide with orange wedges and lychees over four bowls.
