Autumn fruit tiramisu
Italian dessert with long fingers, blueberries and blackberries.
Beat the mascarpone with the caster sugar and the fruit juice lightly with a mixer.
Brush the bottom of the dish with half of the mascarpone mixture. Pour the rest of the juice into a deep plate.
Roll the long fingers through the juice one by one and place them side by side on the mascarpone mixture. Press a little.
Brush with the rest of the mascarpone and divide the blackberries and berries.
Beat the cream half stiff and brush the fruit. Cover the dish with cling film and let it stiffen in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Sprinkle the top of the tiramisu just before serving with cocoa.
